Fawnia was incredible. A truly delightful, bubbly, talented instructor. A real pro. She tailored the class to match my fitness level and skills and sent me home with a course outline of what I had learned. I can hardly wait for my pole to arrive so I can start practicing the moves! I will be back to the "Body In Mind Pilates Studio" to continue my training with Fawnia. She's simply the best!

Her mail partner chimed in "Take Pole Dancing." Two days later my husband shoed me the newspaper article featuring Fawnia Mondey. I am a therapist and bright a client with me. I can reassure anyone wanting to free their female side, this does it and it is fun. Just do it. You'll be glad you did.
