Q: Can I do just Levels 1 and 2?
A: Yes, you can complete just one or two levels if you like.

Required qualifications: Basic First Aid and CPR. A minimum of six months of previous pole dancing experience, either recreational or professional. Having a dance or fitness background is beneficial, but not required.

  • Level 1 only is $1000

Additional Learning

If you have not seen these instructional DVDs already I suggest you watch and practice the moves shown on Pole Work, volume 1 and Dance moves and Floor Work, volume 2. Many of these moves will be included in your certification and having a basic understanding of them will make your certification process much easier.
