FAQ:

Question: What should I wear to pole dancing and lap dancing class?
Answer: If you are starting at Level 1 Pole Dancing, dress comfortably in clothes that you would wear to the gym. Yoga pants or shorts are fine with a workout top or t-shirt. For your footwear you can wear a flexible running shoe, socks, or barefeet. Heels are welcome too! In Level 3 you must wear shorts so that your legs can grip the pole.
