Our certified instructors will make you feel comfortable and welcome as they teach you classes in pole dancing, lap dancing, striptease, ballet, ballroom, boot camp, gogo dancing, yoga, and more! We will help you lose weight, tone your entire body and feel energized while having fun!
Please note: Once you have filled out this waiver there is no need to fill out the waiver once you arrive in our studio. Your profile will be created once you’ve filled this out for the first time.
The following classes were created for our unique Las Vegas clientele.
SPINNING POLE, BEGINNERS
This is an Introduction-Beginner spinning pole class. You will be introduced to the differences between a static and spinning pole and the benefits that come with it. Prerequisite: Must have completed a minimum of 2 months of Pole Level 1
POLE INTRO TO LEVEL 2
You will be introduced to new moves and spins such as the Front Hook, Back Hook, Stag Spin, Pole Sit, How to Transition, Create Combos, and More. Prerequisite: Must have taken a minimum of two months of level 1.
POLE LEVELS 1 & 2, FLOW AND CHOREOGRAPHY
This class will cover pole choreography. Learn how to move from one trick into the next with grace and ease. Also, how to structure pole routines that are seamless. Beginners are welcome to this class, and modifications will be given if needed. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
POLE LEVELS 1 – 3
Starting from the ground up, by moving with your new dance partner, ‘the pole’, you will learn 20 beginner pole, dance and floor moves that will improve your coordination and fitness both aerobically and anaerobically. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves, which tighten and tone your body, into your first routine. All fitness levels are welcome, and no dance experience is required. This is a fun, artistic workout, which is the foundation for all our pole classes. We are looking forward to dancing with you in Pole Level 1! For those of you with one to three months previous pole fitness experience, we will learn level 2 & 3 spins, plus learn how to climb and how to invert. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
POLE INVERT FUNDAMENTALS
In this class would focus on invert drills and gaining proficiency in: lifting and not kicking into invert, outside leg hangs, inside leg hangs, inverted cross, cross ankle release, thigh holds, shoulder mounts, hip holds, learning how to hold all of these positions w/out hands, etc. This class is necessary to safely advance to the next level in your pole dancing world. You will absolutely love it! Prerequisite: Must have a minimum of three months pole experience.
POLE LEVELS 2 & 3
In this class, you will learn more complex and combined spins, as well as exploring inversions, tricks and holds. We will combine flow and power in this hour!!! We will also dedicate time in this class to work on what we've been trying to master as individuals on our Pole journeys. We will incorporate spin and static pole moves. Prerequisite: Minimum two months experience.
POLE LEVELS 2+
Want to enhance your strength, flexibility, and pole flow? In Pole 2+ we will work on intermediate tricks and transitions from the ground as well as up the pole following inversions. This is a static and or spinning class. Prerequisite: Must be comfortable inverting from the ground.
POLE LEVELS 2 – 5 “HAPPY HOUR”
Created by Fawnia for all intermediate to advanced pole students. We will practice spins, inversions, dancing, climbing, headstands, and handstands. This class is constantly changing. You are welcome to bring your shoes or boots. Must bring your personality :-) Prerequisite: Must have completed Pole Level 1.
POWER POLE TRICKS *All Levels *
Join us for a fast paced, high energy one hour workout. We focus on trick techniques and building strength and finesse using the pole for twirls, climbs, inversions, holds, transitions and prep exercises. Each week will include core and pole work. Most challenging does not mean most advanced, but this one will get your heart rate up and your skills built! This class is for those of you who want a challenge. Prerequisite: Completion of Pole 1 recommended.
POLE STENGTH & CHOREOGRAPHY
Learn a variety of pole holds to challenge and inspire you to get stronger. This fun class will build strength and coordination, and introduce you to new pole tricks, transitions and floor moves blending spins, climbs, inverts into an always changing routine. Prerequisite: Minimum two months experience.
SPINNING POLE, INT/ADV
Come FLY with us. Learn how to float with ease on a spinning pole! Our spinning pole classes will teach you how to control your movements so you will feel like you’re flying. Prerequisite: Must already be able to invert easily.
Now that you have your foundation in Lyra, come advance your tricks and spins hanging from our Summerlin studio ceiling! Your upper body and core strength will sky rocket, and your flexibility, balance, and body awareness will be ridiculous! Prerequisite: Must have previous two months in Intro to Lyra.
Wanna give your grip strength and flexibility a new challenge without adding bruises or needing calluses? Then come learn the art of playing in aerial hammocks! It's not only one of the most comfortable aerial apparatus that you can play in, but it will allow you to enhance your dance awareness, your flexibility and strength simultaneously! See you there in your aerial wear! *Please wear yoga leggings and a top that is form fitting and covers your torso. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
Come take your skills to new heights! Beginner to Intermediate Lyra will increase your strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. In this class you will learn basic aerial strength skills, inversions, spins, which will be the building blocks for dynamic sequencing and more advanced skills. Most importantly, we will have fun hanging from the ceiling in our Summerlin studio! Prerequisite: All levels welcome. Please wear leggings.
BURLESQUE - THE WORKOUT!
Welcome to Burlesque! Follow along with this collection of sexy, sweaty and simple Burlesque-style dance routines designed to stretch and tone your body. Let loose to classic burlesque themes, popular songs and other fun & crazy beats while conditioning your body like a dancer! Learn how to isolate different parts of your body, lengthen and tone, also fusing elements of belly dance, Pilates & yoga in a way you can show off. This class is set up like a show or Burlesque revue; each song introduces another element to your dance style, workout, and learning process. Very simple routines slowly introduce moves while loosening your body and lifting your heart rate, then gradually become more complex and interactive, finally culminating in a grand finale and some floor work that's great for the arms & core. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
BOOTY BOOT CAMP!
Ready to tone, tighten, & lift your behind? Including cardio, abs, arms and stretching, this class is all about targeting your booty for full body invigorating workout. Fun, upbeat and for all fitness levels. We will teach you the secrets to sculpting a beautiful butt and toning your upper body and abs. You will see and feel results quickly and be stronger for pole! Bring your runners/sneakers. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
This class is Sexy meets Fun! Learn slow sensual floor, wall and chair moves that will tone your abs, butt and legs. Classes will consist of a combination of exotic dancing, jazz, lap dancing and floor work, creating a dance that will make you feel sexy and powerful! You are welcome to bring your heels and a zipper/button up shirt to remove! Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
This class is about moving your body to different rhythms and tempos while having a blast! You will learn hip hop and lyrical plus country and salsa. We provide a verity of dance techniques while making you sweat. This is the first and only class that offers dual instructors in order to combine the ideas of solo and partner dancing. Bring a friend or just come and meet like minded individuals who love to dance just like you! With a no judgment zone and tones of fun, try this class and become more dynamic with your inner dancing diva. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
Get Ready, to Kick your Fit back into high gear with FIT-BOMB BootCamp! You’ll be combining bodyweight exercises, kickboxing, and some self defense, to have you burning calories, strengthening muscles, and releasing frustrations. Come ready to move! Prerequisite: All fitness levels welcome.
FLEXY FLOOR WORK
A combination of yoga-inspired sexy floor moves from body rolls, body waves, legs switches, shoulder stands, arms balancing and stretching techniques specific to advance your splits and back flexibility. This Flexibility & Floor Work class helps you have a broader knowledge of what can be done OFF the pole. Heels and leg warmers suggested. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
This class has influences from contortion, flexibility, acrobatics, balancing that makes the student gain fluidity, creativity, body awareness and confidence. There will be a first part that focuses on flexibility, lines and balance, then the actual dance blending in what we worked at beginning of class. Heels and leg warmers suggested. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
GOGO FLOW AND CHOREO
This class will cover musicality, flowing from movement to movement and go-go/club style choreography. The choreography section will help you lock in staple 'go-go' movements as well as putting the musicality into play. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
HANDBALANCE / CONTORTION
Jonny is experienced with Mongolian Contortion & Yoga. Get ready to take your flexibility to the next level whilst training safely. Learn how to properly balance on your hands using the proper techniques Jonny has learned over the years of training handbalance and contortion. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
Hoop fitness is a fun and energetic class where students will learn warm ups, combinations, and tricks with hula hoops. Since everyone progresses at a different pace and excels in different areas, students will explore many aspects of hula hooping during a class. Hoop fitness is a class where you can have fun, learn new skills, expand on your talent, and get fit all at the same time! Prerequisite: All levels welcome. Hoops provided.
INSPIRED YOGA FLOW
Join us for a blissful, inspired experience with Inspired Yoga Flow. You are invited to relax & unwind from the external world, with a fun, inspiring, & playful, vinyasa flow practice. We will create a sacred space for grounding, relaxation, & movement. Focusing on alignment and breath... you will learn to flow from your heart each time you step on your mat. Expect gentle, hands-on adjustments & a final relaxation leaving you refreshed & renewed. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
INTRO TO LYRA

A splash of burlesque, a shot of hip-hop swag, and a drop of attitude topped with a touch of sensuality. ***Women consuming Liquid Funk experience an increase in confidence and may exude high levels of sex appeal. Liquid Funk is highly addictive and should only be consumed in a sexy environment*** Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
Let's get strong and fit for pole! This class incorporates the principles of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using both bodyweight exercises and free weight implements to help you rapidly build strength and endurance in your pole practice. You will see and feel results quickly! Bring your runners/sneakers. Prerequisite: All fitness levels welcome!
POLE STRENGTH BOOT CAMP
This class is Boot Camp for Pole! We will help you improve your balance and core strength for pole and overall general fitness. You will learn pole techniques with proper body and hand positioning and gain upper body and core strength with this unique strength building workout. Together we will build your confidence, strength, and posture, and yes it's fun! Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
This class starts out with a few exercises to tone & tighten your sexy booty into a ROCK BOTTOM - followed by a short Twerk routine to show off that fine behind! Werk & Twerk It People! Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
Stretching in an important part of getting in shape and staying fit. Together we will be stretching our hamstrings, quads, and opening up our hips to one day perform the splits. We will be stretching our back and other major joins for overall body flexibility, making pole work easier and improve injury prevention. This stretch class is also a perfect way to set a calm tone to your busy work week. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
STRETCHING & ABS
Have you always wanted to do the splits? Or perhaps a back arch? How is your core strength coming along? Come to our stretching and abs class, and we will help you improve your flexibility and abdominal and core strength safely. Remember that it takes dedication to reach your fitness goals. We are here to motivate and educate you on how to safely improve your flexibility and strength while having fun. Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
TWERKOUT WITH ALLI
Get ready to learn lots of way to bounce that booty while burning TONS of calories! In this class we will master basic to advanced twerking moves & learn choreography that will have your hips, buns, thighs, calves & core on fire! You'll improve your booty popping skills while slimming your waist & toning your legs! We will be on the floor, on the wall & all over in this class having a TWERKTASTIC time! No experience necessary! Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
Have you ever wanted to dance like a video vixen? Now you can! Come enjoy a 60 min sassy, hip hop meets jazz funk, cardio session with video vixen, model, choreographer & dancer, AlliZen James! She will teach you dance combinations that will provide a full body workout like no other. In Video Vixen, we create a club atmosphere where women can let loose, forget their worries & unleash their inner Beyonce & Rihanna! All while completing intense muscle toning movements disguised by clever choreography, loud music & FUN! Prerequisite: All levels welcome.
Beginner Pole Classes
POLE LEVEL 1 / INTRO POLE (FLIRTING CLASS)
Starting from the ground up, by moving with your new dance partner, ‘the pole', you will learn 20 beginner pole, dance and floor moves. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves, which tighten and tone your body, into your first routine. Pre-requisite: All fitness levels welcome.
POLE LEVEL 2 (TEMPTRESS CLASS)
Perfect what you learned in level one, and lift off - performing moves with an element of challenge. Get to know your body and learn an additional 10 pole, dance and floor moves, which will produce another beautifully choreographed routine.
Pre-requisite: Pole Level 1.
Intermediate Pole Classes
POLE LEVEL 3 (VIXEN CLASS)
During level three you are becoming one with your inner pole dancer. You are feeling more sexy and confident about your abilities as you learn your first handstand and building your core strength to invert! You are powerful. The 12 new pole, dance and floor moves and routine is more advanced than before, as you are now a Vixen! Pre-requisite: Pole Level 2.
POLE LEVEL 4 (DIVA CLASS)
As a Diva you will be introduced to even more challenging moves, including viewing the world sideways and from above as you climb to new heights! You will increase your upper body strength and improve your cardio with each move, plus learn the true Diva routine containing 15 new moves. Pre-requisite: Pole Level 3.
Advanced Pole Classes
POLE LEVEL 5 (SIREN CLASS)
As a Sexy Siren you are becoming physically and emotionally stronger. Feeling empowered you take risks and let yourself shine as you learn 15 challenging pole, dance and floor moves. Let the music move you, and enjoy the visual art you have become with your routine as a Siren. Prerequisite: Pole Level 4.
POLE LEVEL 6 (GODDESS CLASS)
Welcome Goddesses, as you are admired by all. Strive to achieve your best with 15 new pole and floor moves that blend together, differently then all the rest. Becoming acrobatic, with a new Level of moves, inspired by the challenge The Best of Pole Dancing has to offer. Prerequisite: Pole Level 5.
POLE LEVEL 7 (QUEEN CLASS)
Welcome Queens, to the highest of all classes. You are The Best of the Best! Strive to achieve your best with 10 new pole moves that will complete your journey. Show off your body as climb, hang, and hold your body as pole goddesses do. As an extremely challenging test of strength put all your powers in your best routine ever! Las Vegas Look Out! Prerequisite: Pole Level 6.

We offer privates lessons in wide variety of dance and fitness forms: Pole Dancing, Lap Dancing, Striptease, GoGo Dancing, Ballroom, Salsa, Belly Dancing, Pilates and Yoga. Privates are very beneficial to work on areas specific to you; whether you want a poster analysis with Pilates, a private lap dance for your significant other, a stage routine or a specific strength and/or flexibility routine. Our certified instructors are experts in their field and will patiently help you achieve your creative fitness goals. Please contact us to schedule your private sessions.
As a pole princess member you can use the studio for practice when it's not in use. This is free of charge for all active members. Call us to reserve the studio.
